I know how create html files and I want to upload them, What free web hosting sites that supports multiple file uploads and basics of a website?

Hi, I want to ask, if is it a free web hosting site, where runs the Torrent Flux web based torrent client without errors. I tried some sites, but the most time shows errors, and the torrent didn’t started. Can I run this on FREE WEB HOSTING SITEs???

Now that my geocities site is no more, I’d love to start over…but I don’t know any similar, free web hosting sites. Which ones are out there that offer a decent amount of space, are free and easy to use?

I’m not asking for a list of all the ones that exist — please let me know, whether it be from experience or research or a NY Times article, WHICH of the free web hosting sites is the best. Which ones give the most template options? Which ones give the most options and capabilities for free?
