If I'm planning on building a web site, why would I need a host?
I have time Warner Cable (7mgs). What benefit would a Web Host, such as Yola be to me.If I wanted to use php, CG I, JavaScript or to get recognized sooner by a major Browser? Is it really worth the extra money–I don’t have a business right now, I’m just trying to learn HTML (which i’m going to do if it kills me) and how to build a website.

You need a web host to host your site for the same reason that people that build houses need land.
You can get both a domain and webhost for $5 a month and all tools to build your site at http://www.bestvaluewebhosting.esuperfind.com?id=m3y227 there won’t be any need to learn html they have tools that you use by dragging and dropping, all you need to know is how to use a mouse and follow simple instructions.
you need a webhost to put the website online unless you have your own server etc.
You would want a host so that you don’t have to leave your computer on 24/7 as a web server using up your bandwidth (your ISP will not like that if you get a lot of traffic). But you don’t need a host to learn HTML, just use notepad, save it as .html instead of .txt and you’ll be able to open it up with any web browser and see it just like you would if it was hosted somewhere. Also if you’re in school a lot of schools have web servers and will sometimes let students use them for educational purposes like this.
You don’t need to buy a hosting account if you have started learning. However, buying a hosting account will give you real world experience on working with web sites.
Since you have started learning html I suggest you to check http://neond.com
Check the video tutorials on that web site on how to set up and manage your web site. You can also set up a web site without any knowledge of html.
hi
here u can find good hosts

If you are learning html and how to build a website then someday you are definitely going to be needing a place to host it (your site). But for now I suggest that if you do not have a business and you are only in the learning process then you will not need hosting right now. Why pay for it when you will not be using it?
But when you eventually finish all your learning and you do need a host let me suggest a great place to visit to get your hosting from. http://www.cheapbusinesshostingblog.com has a list of hosting companies to chose from and they are great because each and every company offers a rebate and some companies even provide coupon codes so it makes hosting extremely affordable at least for the first year.
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website (ex: http://www.yahoo.com). To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.
You can reach reviews about this web hosting provider and its latest DISCOUNT COUPONS at:

They also offer "Free Site Builder" that helps you build your web pages without difficulty if you are not skilled in using any website creating program. (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get) You can use this service optionally. You can also create the pages offline with your favorite program (DreamWeaver, FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher, etc.), and then upload them to your web host. This is another easy way to get your website online.
