I am wanting to upgrade my hosting account to a more secure plan. However, I have about 10 sites and I have done a lot of work to them. I want a smooth transition from A hostgator shared account to a reputable VPS or dedicated server.

I have never done this before and don’t want to be stuck exporting and importing anything. Can this be done?

Hello, I want to set up a web hosting business. I am good at using a computer, I know all basic stuff. I would like to know anything about web hosting that will be useful. I just became a reseller with makemoneysellingdomainnames to resell web hosting and domain names. I joined because I build a decent amount of websites for my own use. I was wondering why a lot of webmasters and IT people aren’t in the reseller business. I drive a taxi and talk with a lot of IT people and almost none of them take advantage of controlling the cost for web hosting. Isn’t this strange? Any comments welcome.

because some vendors asking small amount for domain registration but there website hosting plan cost is higher,some vendors asking domain registration high amount but website hosting plan are feasible….That’s why i got a doubt is it possible to register domain one vendor and website hosting another vendor…

Hi, I want to start the web hosting company. I understand that I need to purchase one server machine (planned to purchase from IBM), web server and database server (will purchase from Microsoft), anti-virus.
